Your 2 to 2 and a half year development review
What to expect at your appointment
Your child is growing and learning every day.

Between the ages of 2 and 3, children learn lots of new skills.
They often learn new words, enjoy playing in different ways and start doing more things for themselves.
The 2 to 2½ year review is a chance to talk about your child’s health, growth and learning.

Helpful information and resources
Talking, singing, reading and playing together helps your child learn about the world around them.
Every child learns to communicate in their own way and at their own pace.

Little moments, like chatting at mealtimes, looking at books together or singing favourite songs, all make a difference.
