What parents say about HENRY
“My experience of HENRY has exceeded all expectations, as it was sold to me as a healthy eating programme, but it was MUCH more! The HENRY programme has given me so many tools and friends for life, I have nothing but positive feedback by the way it was delivered and loved attending each week. The 8-week programme went so quickly because all the topics were so interesting”.
“Really enjoyed the programme and conversations with other parents during the sessions.”
“HENRY really helped me. I enjoyed the books and resources, and my daughter loved them too. The group helped me learn new ideas, meet other parents, and realise I was doing better than I thought. I just needed a little boost. By the end, I felt more confident and proud of how I was growing as a parent.”
“It was helpful and I will be using what I have learnt in making day to day life better for me and my children”
