Our 0 to 19 public health nursing service may be asked by another service or professional to complete a health assessment for your child if there are additional needs or concerns. This will only be done with your consent and, where appropriate, your child’s consent.
If you have any worries about your child’s health or wellbeing, you can speak to your GP, your child’s school, or education staff. We work closely with schools and can offer guidance, advice and support when needed.
