Real examples
“I texted ChatHealth because I’d had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and didn’t know what to do. The school nurse told me where I could get the morning‑after pill and helped me understand how to get checked for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). It made me feel a lot less worried.”
“I messaged because I was feeling really down and some people at school were bullying me. The school nurse helped me find the confidence to talk to my mum. They also told me about places I could get more support. School got involved and things are better now.”

“I contacted ChatHealth because my anxiety was getting worse. I also told the school nurse I’d been taking drugs and other medication. They didn’t judge me, they listened and explained where I could get proper help. They told me about Forward Leeds, and I was able to refer myself. I’m glad I reached out.”
