Presentation tips
- Liquidise each food separately so that there are individual portions of each food
- Do not liquidise a whole meal together as it looks and tastes less appetising
- As the food looks different it is important to be told what it is before eating it
- Use a plate or tray with partitioned sections
- Check that a crust or skin has not formed on the food before serving
