This webpage has been developed to help you understand what can be safely managed within the care home, access training and self management resources, know when to use the care home advice line, and recognise when an urgent SLT assessment is needed.

It should be used to guide management of various difficulties that residents may have with their eating and drinking and direct to other services if appropriate.
