Introducing the digital health support hubs

Helping you get connected to your health

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is proud to launch the Digital Health Support Hub programme, a new initiative designed to help patients and carers build confidence using digital tools to manage their health.

These free drop-in sessions, delivered in partnership with Virgin Media O2 Business and 100% Digital Leeds, offer hands-on support with:

  • setting up and using the NHS App
  • accessing GP online services
  • navigating Leeds Community Healthcare Information Hub and digital tools
  • using your own device to manage appointments, prescriptions and health records

Trained volunteers from Virgin Media O2’s Connect More programme will work alongside LCH staff to provide friendly, informal help. You don’t need to be a VMO2 customer to attend, and free Wi-Fi is available at all sessions.

What’s next?

We’ll be hosting regular sessions at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust bases supporting patients and carers where they need it most across Leeds.

The digital health hubs are part of our commitment to reducing digital exclusion and making healthcare more accessible for everyone.
