You will need access to a device with internet, a camera and microphone to join these groups. Each group is delivered on Microsoft Teams.

- Virtual fatigue group
- Secondary prevention group
- Virtual aphasia group
1. Virtual adjustment to stroke group

1 hour a week, for 2 weeks.
Supports people adjusting to life after a stroke.
Topics
This includes:
- Understanding your stroke and recovery
- How stroke can affect your emotional well-being
What to expect
- Increased knowledge and understanding Stroke and its impact
- Access to resources and strategies
- Opportunity to meet others experiencing stroke
2. Virtual fatigue group

1 hour a week, for 5 weeks.
Supports people experiencing fatigue following a stroke.
Topics include:
- Introduction to fatigue
- Relaxation and managing activities
- Stress
- Sleep and diet
- Review and feedback
What to expect
- Completion of a fatigue diary
- Goal identification
- Advice and strategies
- Opportunity to meet others experiencing fatigue
3. Secondary prevention group

Supports people to understand how lifestyle choices can impact their health and wellbeing.
Topics include:
- Risk factor and diet
- Medication and lifestyle
- Exercise and well-being
What to expect
- Increased understanding of stroke risk factors
- Build confidence in making lifestyle changes
- Opportunity to meet others experiencing Stroke
4. Virtual aphasia group
1 hour a week, for 4 weeks.
Supports people experiencing Aphasia following a Stroke.
Topics include:
- Introduction to Aphasia
- Advice and strategies
- Conversation practice.
What to expect
- Increased understanding of Aphasia
- Build confidence in having conversations
- Meet others experiencing Aphasia.
