School nursing and health visiting have come together as one 0 to 19 public health integrated nursing service. Here is some important information and resources about how we can continue to work together to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities for children, young people and their families across Leeds.
Over the coming months we will be delivering resource packs to health care professionals and both social care and third sector colleagues.
