Making neighbourhood health services work for people in Leeds

Neighbourhood health is a way of organising health services so they are closer to where people live and work, easier to access and better at preventing illness.
In partnership with Healthwatch Leeds, we listened to people’s thoughts on what good neighbourhood health would look like. As a result, LCH have created an action plan to improve its services. Please find the full report, summary, recorded presentation and an animation video:
