Join us in the morning for the Annual General Meetings (AGM) of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust, and Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, followed by an afternoon where we celebrate some of the great work of both organisations throughout the previous year.
The trusts are due to merge in 2027, and before the AGMs take place you’ll hear from joint chief executive of both trusts Dr Sara Munro on why this is happening and what this will mean for physical and mental health in the city going forward.
Guests will enjoy free refreshments throughout the day and a complimentary sandwich platter for lunch.
From 1pm we will be hosting our annual celebration event where we will be showcasing some fantastic examples of how we have improved the lives of the communities we serve by working in partnership with our staff, service users and carers, and our health and care partners.

Please note, car parking spaces at the venue are limited, and available on a first come first served basis on the day. The venue is easily accessible by bus from Leeds City Bus Station.
