Join us for the Annual General Meeting 2025

Join us at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 16 September at 12.30pm.

This year's AGM will be held at The Vinery Centre (20 Vinery Terrace, LS9 9LU).

We will share what has been happening over the past 12 months across community services, including the highlights and challenges of 2024/25. Hear about our work with people and partners who are making a positive difference to patients. We will take a look forward to the year ahead, as well as sharing our annual accounts.
