How to submit questions

The Board will answer questions which are sent in up to three days before the meeting. You can send us your question here or post it to Helen Robinson, Company Secretary, Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust, Building 3, White Rose Park, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds, LS11 0DL.

Every Board meeting starts with a patient story. Hearing people’s experiences helps to remind us what we’re here to do and how our successes or failures affect our patients. Meetings usually start at 9:00am and are usually finished by 12:00pm.

Board Papers

The agenda and reports that the Board will be discussing are available to download before the meeting. To reduce paper waste, only copies of the agenda will be available at the meeting, not the reports.
