We know waiting for an appointment can be a worrying time for you and your family. We want to make this the best experience it can be by giving you the right information to help you while you wait.

We would like to hear about the following:

  • Information you have received about your appointment
  • What additional information you have received while you wait
  • Whether you have received information digitally
  • What information You think could help you while you wait
  • Whether you know how to contact your team / clinic and what to do if anything changes
