Annual General Meeting 2023

Join us at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 19 September 2023, 1 – 3pm

This year's AGM will be held at Thackray Museum of Medicine (141 Beckett Street, Harehills, Leeds LS9 7LN).

We will share what has been happening over the past 12 months across community services, including the highlights and challenges of 2022/23. As well as looking forward to the year ahead. Hear all about our work with people and partners who are making a positive difference to patients including our Self-care team, Enhance, Third Sector Service and Out of Hospital Project. We will take a look forward to the year ahead, as well as sharing our annual accounts.
