We are here to help you with your weight and health. We support people who are living with obesity. Our team will work with you to help you lose weight safely and keep it off. We want to help you feel better and live a healthier life. We will work with you to set goals that are important to you.
Leeds specialist tier 3 weight management service offer a programme led by a multi-disciplinary team of experienced healthcare professionals.
During the programme, the team will support you to make sustainable diet and lifestyle changes to improve your health. We may also refer you for further investigations or support from other services.

All service users must be referred through their GP practice.
If you would like any advice or guidance prior to referring to our service, please contact our administrative team. This can then be passed on to our clinical and operational team leads.
Information relating to other services including referral criteria and template referrals for the NHS Low Calorie Diet programme, National Diabetes Prevention Programme, NHS Digital Weight Management Programme, HENRY, Better Health can be found through the Leeds adult weight management pathway on Leeds health pathways.
